ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must currently be involved in their local church, to the extent that someone on staff at their church could give a strong recommendation, for the applicant, as far as their involvement, integrity and leadership.  Because of the intensity of Elim School of Ministry, applicants should have a consistent walk with the Lord and be ready to fully engage in leadership training.   Elim School of Ministry requires that interested individuals, who attend Elim Community Church, first attend the Orientation class or an equivalent before beginning Elim School of Ministry. This class is designed to teach the basic core values of Elim Community Church and is offered on Sunday mornings in six week segments. Applicants should sign up for the upcoming Orientation class, only extreme cases will be excused.  Out of town applicants must have attended some type of Basic Christianity or Leadership classes offered through their church before applying.   To be considered for admission to Elim School of Ministry, all of the following must be submitted to the Elim office by June 29:

Admission to Elim School of Ministry is subject to approval by the Elim School of Ministry staff, whose decision is final.  Expect approximately three weeks for processing of applications.  All accepted applicants will receive an acceptance letter and further forms to fill out and submit to receive full Elim School of Ministry Intern/Student status.  Accepted applicants will also be required to read the Elim Handbook in its entirety before August 5, and will be required to submit signature of completion of reading and agreeing to the guidelines and policies of Elim School of Ministry upon first Tuition payment.
